Our Core Values
01
Integrity & Professionalism
Safety and trust are the bedrock of every therapeutic encounter. We are committed to providing research-informed, ethical care by practicing with accountability, honesty and respect. All of our clinicians are actively registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) and adhere to all professional licensure requirements and a strict code of conduct.
02
Empathic Attunement
Becoming begins when people feel deeply understood. We approach each therapeutic relationship with curiosity, presence, and compassion, seeking to attune to both what is spoken and what may be difficult to put into words. By meeting clients where they are, we create the conditions for exploration, insight, and growth.
03
Inclusivity & Respecting Diversity
Every person's story is shaped by their culture, identities, relationships, and lived experiences. We honour these differences with openness, cultural humility, and dignity, recognising that growth need to be contextualised by the social and systemic circles in which people live. We hope to cultivate a space where all individuals feel welcomed, valued, and able to bring their whole selves.
04
Authenticity & Humanness
We value genuine human connection and believe that authenticity is central to meaningful therapeutic work. We believe that showing up with humility, compassion, and realness creates a space where vulnerability can be met with acceptance and where growth can unfold.
05
Interconnectedness & Integration
We recognize that wellbeing is shaped by the dynamic interplay of our relationships, culture, bodies, histories, communities, and environments. We embrace an eclectic approach that seeks to understand the whole person rather than isolated symptoms, integrating diverse evidence-based approaches to support lasting and meaningful change.
Rooted in Zen teachings, “Interbeing” is a term coined by peace activist, monk, author and poet, Thich Nhat Hanh. It speaks to the profound and fundamental interconnectedness of all things: as the world creates ripples within us, we too shape the world we inhabit through our relationship with ourselves - our thoughts, actions, relationships or mere act of presence.
This intimately informs the way we practise. We work from the belief that people are always in the process of becoming rather than existing as fixed or static selves. This hopeful perspective holds that growth remains possible throughout life, and that even small shifts within ourselves as we move through the world have the capacity to shape it in return.
